Jamie
Founder & CEO
After a successful early career as a Quantity Surveyor in Manchester, Jamie went on to co-found and run a construction and development company in Cheshire for over a decade. During this time, he gained invaluable hands-on experience delivering residential projects from the ground up. Over the years, Jamie developed a keen interest in optimising land value through the planning system. This led him to establish SJW, where he now focuses on unlocking the potential of land by securing residential planning permissions — helping landowners maximise the value of their assets. With several successful projects completed, Jamie continues to lead SJW with a clear vision for long-term growth.
Sophie
Founder & Land Sourcing
Sophie’s journey into property development began after successfully running several small businesses. Her drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and eye for opportunity naturally led her to focus on land sourcing and development. Sophie’s determination to uncover new sites and partnerships is at the heart of SJW’s growth. With an instinct for spotting potential and a passion for delivering results for both the company and its landowner partners, Sophie continues to expand SJW’s project pipeline and push the business forward.
