The first hurdle was finding the property owner, eventually located via a Land Registry search—living in Mallorca. Negotiations were conducted directly, leading to a “subject to planning” agreement and a formal option contract.

Gained approval for 5 family homes at the first attempt
Executed the option agreement, purchased the property, and appointed a local builder to complete the homes
All units sold before completion, delivering a win-win for all parties
The Outcome - Planning Permission Granted
We successfully gained planning permission on this redundant tennis court. The planning permission awarded was for five dwellings – a set of semi detached houses and a row of three terraced houses. The design was sympathetic to the existing street scene.
