The key challenge was securing a Certificate of Lawfulness to confirm the land’s equestrian use-essential before progressing to residential planning. Another complexity was purchasing the land outright, “at risk,” without residential planning in place.

This site was a stable block located in the Cheshire green belt. We gained planning permission for a single storey dwelling spanning 3,500 sq ft. In order to ensure we gained planning permission we worked alongside our team to create a design that complies with local planning policy.
